Julia, 64, of Alpharetta passed away on February 10, 2018 after a brief illness.

Julia was born in Bainbridge, GA to the late Lillian W. Clark and Judge Thomas A. Clark. She attended Plant High School in Tampa, FL. After receiving her degree from The University of South Florida in social work, she worked for many years at the Department of Social Disability Benefits in Atlanta.

Ms. Clark is survived by two brothers, Dr. Allen Carter of Middlefield, CT and Dr. Christopher Clark of Santa Rosa, CA. In addition, she has a niece Dr. Hana Fowler of Santa Rosa, CA and nephew Dr. Naren Clark of San Francisco and Jeffrey Carter of East Hampton, CT, as well as great nieces Alana Fowler, and great nephew Lucas Fowler.

Julia loved the ocean, her numerous pets through the years, especially her beloved dog Wiggles, and children.
