June A. Lowry

June Amerson Lowry, 85, of Decatur, beloved wife, mother, and grandma, passed away Wednesday, June 20, 2018. Born February 5, 1933 in Atlanta, GA, she was the daughter of the late Alfred and Eunice Flory Amerson. June enjoyed reading, traveling, getting her hair and nails done, shopping, and spending time with her family. She loved the color purple, chocolate donuts and anything sweet.

June is survived by her daughter, Janet Lowry Conners; grandchildren, Kennedy Lee Conners and his wife, Nicole Conners, and Cheyenne Lauren Conners; and many more loving family and friends.

In addition to her parents, June was preceded in death by her husband, Bobby Lee Lowry; and daughter, Susan Lynn Hitchcock.
