Robert "Steve" Shelfer

Robert Stephen "Steve" Shelfer, age 65, of Lawrenceville, passed away Tuesday, April 18, 2017. An Atlanta native and graduate and lifelong fan of UGA, he was a member of McKendree UMC.

Survivors include his sisters; Margaret McMillan and Mary Shelfer Valente and her husband, Paul, his niece; Fran Legband and her husband, Scott; his great nieces and nephews: Megan, Molly, Benjamin and Brandon.

Memorial services will be held on Saturday, June 17, 2017 at 2:00 p.m. at McKendree United Methodist Church, 1570 Lawrenceville Suwanee Rd, Lawrenceville, GA 30043. The family will receive friend one hour prior to the service at the church.
