Adele O. Williamson

Mrs. Adele O. Williamson of Atlanta, died Monday, July 19, 2004.  She was with Emory University for 22 years and retired in 1984.  She was a charter member of Cokesbury United Methodist Church.  She was predeceased by her husband, E. Roscoe Williamson; her parents, Basil and Gladys Overton; and brothers, Basil Overton, Jr. and David Overton.  She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Sandra and Gordon Tidman; son and daughter-in-law, Allen and Judith Williamson; granddaughters, Jenifer Tidman, Laurie Tidman Chau, Trixie Lynn McFalls; and several nieces & nephews.  Graveside services will be held on Wednesday, July 21, at 11:00 am at Arlington Memorial Park.  Rev. Dana Overton-Garrett will officiate.  The family will receive friends Tuesday evening from 6 to 8 pm at A. S. Turner & Sons.
