Alice Davis Butler

Lonita Butler, 73, of Decatur died Wednesday, December 19, 2007. A loving wife and devoted mother, she was preceded in death by her son Tony Lamar Butler. Surviving are her beloved and devoted husband of 53 years Zackery Gerald Butler; children, Sherrell Lynn Butler Warbington and her husband Rick Coggins of Snellville, Gerald J. Butler of Decatur, William Marion "Boone" Butler of Snellville, Earl Lee Butler and his wife Linh Nguyen of Conyers; grandchildren, Amanda Butler, Nocona Butler, Austin Butler, Kerrie Butler, Nicole Butler, Tom Butler, Bill Warbington, Tim Warbington; great grandchildren, Tony, Rhanon, Ripley, Lane; sister, Lucrete Pilgrim; brothers, J.C. Davis, Jr., Fred Davis and numerous nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held at held Saturday, December 22nd at two o'clock at A. S. Turner & Sons with Reverend Kenneth Sweat officiating. Interment Melwood Cemetery. Honored to serve as pallbearers are Perry Butler, Rick Coggins, Russell Shadix, Barry Davis, Frank Berry and Christopher Berry. The family will receive friends Friday evening from six until eight o'clock at A. S. Turner & Sons.
