Andrew Lewis Kee

Mr. Andrew Lewis Kee died Tuesday, November 9, 2004. He was a World War II veteran serving in the U. S. Army with the 3rd Mortar Battalion. He was retired from the U.S. Postal service with 36 years of service.  Mr. Kee was a member and Deacon Emeritus of Rainbow Park Baptist Church.  He is survived by his wife of 58 years, Sara Herndon Kee; sons and daughters-in-law, David H. & Karen Kee of Savannah, GA, Harold L. & Cathy Kee of Columbus, GA; 4 grandchildren, Lindsey, Andrew, Garrett and Melanie Kee; sister, Nelle Earley of Atlanta, GA; nieces and nephews; and sisters-in-law, Fannie Lee Kee of Fayetteville, GA, Bessie Beason of Decatur, GA, Sara Herndon of Conyers, GA. Funeral services will be held in the chapel of A. S. Turner & sons at 10 a.m. Thursday, November 11th, Rev. Don Lockhart officiating.  Burial will follow in Westview Cemetery. Those desiring may make contributions to Rainbow Park Baptist Church, 2941 Columbia Dr., Decatur, GA 30034. The family will receive friends from 1 to 3 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday at A. S. Turner & Sons.
