Ann Lorraine Kallay

Ann Willis Kallay passed away October 28, 2013 after a sudden illness. She is survived by her devoted husband of 61 years, Eugene Wynn Kallay I, her children Laura Brill, Gwen Manto, Wynn Kallay II, and Carole Guzman. She is also survived by her seventeen beloved grandchildren: Tom Brill, Gretchen Brill, Robert Brill, Jim Brill, Kallay Cutler, Taylor Cutler, Ann Manto, Anna Kate Moeller, Willis Kallay, Miles Anderson, Finn Anderson, Arthur Kallay, Stella Kallay, Alex Guzman, Victoria Guzman, Juliana Guzman, and Jack Guzman. She was a longtime member of St. Andrews Presbyterian Church where she served on the Session, was chairwoman of the Mission Committee, and taught Sunday school. She was an avid bridge player, and in many minds a master. She also danced a mean jitterbug. Her most admirable quality was to care for others. There will be a visitation service on October 30th from 4-7pm at the family home, 2881 LaVista Road in Decatur. A memorial service will be held on November 9th at 11am at St. Andrews Presbyterian Church.
