Betty Brown Powell

Mrs. Betty Brown Powell, age 79, of Stone Mountain, GA died Friday, June 4, 2010.  She was a member of Rehoboth Baptist Church.  Mrs. Powell was preceded in death by her husband, John R. Powell, Sr. and her son John R. Powell, Jr. She is survived by her daughters, Joyce Powell and Jenny Powell.  Graveside services will be held Monday, June 7, 2010 at 11:00 A. M. at Floral Hills Memory Gardens with Rev. Jack Hudson officiating.  The family will receive friends Sunday from 2:00 to 4:00 P.M. and 6:00 to 8:00 P.M. at A. S. Turner & Sons.
