Beverly Louise Moser

Beverly Louise (Stoner) Moser was called home to the Lord on January 4, 2010.  Becky is finally reunited with her husband, Lorry, of 66 years who passed away in late 2008.

Funeral services are scheduled for January 16, 2010 at 1:00 PM at St. Bartholomew’s Episcopal Church, 1790 LaVista Road, Atlanta, Ga.  Interment will be at Arlington Cemetery.

Becky is survived by her 3 sons, Walter, Richard and Scott, their spouses, 6 grandchildren, a great-granddaughter, and two spouses of her grandchildren.  She also includes in her family two step grandchildren, their spouses and a great-grandson.  She is survived by her sister, Donna Giesar of Seattle, WA

Becky Moser was a founding member, with other families, of St. Bartholomew’s Episcopal Church in Atlanta in 1954.  She was very active in the Church for 50 years, serving as the first woman Senior Warden of the Vestry and many other committees including Alter Guild.  She was National President of Churchwomen United, a national officer with Alpha Delta Pi Sorority and was very active with Villa International and Life Enrichment Services of DeKalb County. 

Donations, in lieu of flowers, can be made to any charity in Becky’s name, or to the St. Bartholomew’s Church Memorial Fund.
