Billie Maniatty of Decatur, died Saturday June 23, 2012. She was born to Benjamin Franklin Sikes and Ella Fair Goff Sikes. She was a native of Candler County and resided in the Atlanta area since 1959. Billie was a charter member of Briarlake Baptist Church and a member of the Winsome Sunday School Class. She was preceded in death by her husband, Jim Maniatty; brothers, J. D. Sikes, Frank Sikes and Graham Sikes. She is survived by her daughter, Beverly Fuller; granddaughter, Lauren D. Fuller; sister-in-law, Lucile Maniatty; and a host of nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews; great great nieces and great great nephews; and special friends, Rodney and Gloria Waldrip of Rabun Gap, GA. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM Monday, June 25, 2012 at Briarlake Baptist Church with Rev Larry Sullivan officiating. The family will receive friends from 1 to 2 PM at the church.
