Carol Leigh Wood

Carol L. Wood age 68 of Decatur passed away November 17, 2018. She was a loving wife, devoted sister and aunt who will be greatly missed. She was of the Baptist faith. She worked as a tax preparer with her parents for many years.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Charles H. and Iva Lee Stinson. She is survived by her husband of 42 years, Ronald, L. Wood; sister and brother in law, Andrea and Jimmy Duncan; nieces, Gwyndolyn and Alexandra George; and her beloved cocker spaniel, Lacey.

A memorial service will be held Wednesday, November 21, 2018 at 2:00 PM in the chapel of A.S. Turner and Sons. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
