Cecelia Goodman Sands

Cecelia Goodman Sands, better known as "Cece", 80, of Lawrenceville, entered heaven's gates on November 30, 2015. Born December 29, 1934 in El Dorado, AR, Mrs. Sands was the daughter of the late James Lee and Myrtle Lewis Goodman. Cece is survived by her loving husband of 58 years, James Sands; two children, Lisa Sands and Jim Sands; 6 grandchildren Krystal Rapp, Mike Rapp, Charlotte King, Zach King, Kirk Sands and Josh Sands; and two great-grandchildren, Kaden Hattaway and Skyler Rapp. Visitation will be held at A.S Turner & Sons on December 3, 2015 12:00 p.m.-2:00 p.m. with the memorial service immediately following. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Decatur First Methodist or a charity of your choice.
