Clifford Elliot Frain

Clifford Elliot Frain, age 82 passed away Tuesday, February 7, 2017. He was born in New York City, NY. He loved and played basketball where he graduated from Cardinal Hayes High School in 1952. After high school he joined the Army (USAR INF) and then immediately joined the National Guard (107th Infantry). After completing his service, he attended and graduated from Georgia State University with a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration majoring in Accounting in August 1961. From 1963 until his retirement in 1998, this longtime resident of DeKalb County served his community as a Certified Public Accountant both in private practice and with other firms.

Those who love and cherish his memory include: his loving wife Cheri L. Frain, Daughters Pamela Frain, Dawn Cushing (John), Natalie Flanagan (Rory), Sons David Spencer and Jason Spencer. Grandchildren: Nicholas Cushing, Lauren Cushing, and Dillan Flanagan. Also survived by his Brother Harry E. Frain, Sr.of Orlando, FL.

Funeral services will be held Friday, February 10, 2017 in the chapel of A. S. Turner & Sons Funeral Home at 12:30PM.. Family will receive friends from 11:00AM-12:30PM prior to the service.
