Cynthia Estelle Jordan

Cynthia Elrod Jordan Hart passed away on January 29 at her home in Tucker.  She was the last surviving member of the George C. (Clabe) Elrod and Emma Beamer Elrod family of Chatsworth, Georgia.  She was preceded in death by her first husband, Otis Jordan; and her son, Burton.  She is survived by her husband, Sam Hart; and three sons:  Steve and Dianne Jordan of Lake Hartwell, GA, Randall and Pam Jordan of Kennesaw, GA, Chris and Linda Jordan of Lawrenceville, GA; her daughter-in-law, Marsha Jordan of Douglasville, GA; six grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.  Services will be held at A. S. Turner & Sons Funeral Home on Tuesday, February 1st at 11:00 a.m. with the Reverends Tom VanLaningham and Kenneth Pew officiating.  Visitation will be from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. on Monday at A. S. Turner & Sons.  Burial will be at Fairview Memorial Gardens.  In lieu of flowers, donations may be sent to First Christian Church of Atlanta, 4532 LaVista Road, Tucker, GA 30084.  Cynthia will be sorely missed by her family and many friends.
