Danny Dixon Milligan, 74 of Wilmington, NC died on Saturday, April 3, 2021. He was born on November 15, 1946 in Wilmington, NC to Robert and Hazel Ganis Milligan.
Danny was a proud veteran of the US Army, serving in Vietnam. He was part of the 2nd Platoon Bravo Company, 4th Battalion, 21st Infantry Regiment, 11th Light Infantry Brigade, 23rd Americal Division, and a member of the Big Bad Bravo Group.
Danny is survived by his wife Rebecca Lowry Milligan, son Shaun Danny Milligan, grandson Jackson Milligan, and extended family, friends and military buddies.
A memorial service will be held in Atlanta on Friday, June 18, 2021 at 11:00 AM in the Chapel of A. S. Turner & Sons Funeral home and Crematory.
