Darline E. Armistead, age 63, of Decatur, died Tuesday, October 6, 2009. She was a faithful member of Atlanta West Pentecostal Church. Darline is survived by her brothers, Joel Armistead and his wife Cindi of Greenville, SC, David Armistead of Renton, WA; and 4 nephews, Jason, Brian, Shawn, and Jordan. Funeral services will be held Saturday, October 10th in the chapel of A. S. Turner & Sons with Rev. Darrell Johns officiating. Interment Melwood Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in her memory to the Atlanta West Pentecostal Church, 2960 Skyview Dr., Lithia Springs, GA 30122. The family will receive friends from 5:30 until 8:00 P.M. Friday at A. S. Turner & Sons.
