Darrel Winston Casteel

Darrel W. Casteel died peacefully in his home on March 14, 2015 in Decatur, GA at the age of 78. Darrel is survived by his Wife, Lynn, Children and their spouses Rose Smith, Darlene and Andi Meier, Patricia and Robert Doty, Jr., Wanda Barker, Gary Harkins, Debbie and Jeff Stevenson, 13 Grandchildren and 10 Great Grandchildren, Brothers and their spouses Reese, Reed and Judy and Raymond Casteel. He is preceded in death by his parents Jim and Dorothy.Darrel was born on August 8, 1936 in Englewood, TN. He served in the U.S. Navy from 1954 to 1958. He was Associate Pastor at Alcove Drive Missionary Baptist Church, Scottdale, GA. A Memorial Service is scheduled for March 29, 2015 at 2 p.m. at Alcove Drive Missionary Baptist Church, 2977 Alcove Dr., Scottdale, GA.
