David Wesley Watkins

Mr. David Wesley Watkins, 64, of Decatur died Tuesday, July 21, 2009.  He was preceded in death by his mother Freida S. Watkins and sister Ann Watkins.  Mr. Watkins is survived by his son, Michael Watkins; brother, and sister-in-law, Fred and Mary Watkins; aunts, Martha Stone and her husband Grady, Virginia Watkins; nephews, Alex Watkins, Nick Watkins; former spouse, Edna Watkins; and close friends, Linda Martin and John Parkes.  Memorial services will be held at 11:00 Tuesday, July 28, 2009 in the chapel of A. S. Turner & Sons. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to a charity of your choice.  The family will receive friends from 10:00 until 11:00 A.M. Tuesday at A. S. Turner & Sons.
