Debrah D. Stansbury

Debrah D. Stansbury, 43, passed away at home on April 11, 2016, from complications of sickle cell disease. She was born in Bequia, St. Vincent to Llewellyn and the late Dorothy Glynn.

Debrah came from a large family of 10 children with many cousins, nieces and nephews. She married Matthew George Stansbury, of Decatur, GA, on July 21, 2009. Matthew's family became Debrah's Atlanta family. Debrah moved to the United States many years ago and after experiencing various working and living situations she settled in Atlanta where she became a much loved teller in several banks. She recently set out to pursue her dream of becoming a nurse and a nurse administrator.

She will be greatly missed.

The family will receive friends at A. S. Turner & Sons, 2773 N Decatur Rd, on Thursday, April 14 from 6:00 - 8:00 p.m. A funeral service will be held in the Turner Chapel at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, April 15, 2016.
