Dorothy Gordon Watson

Dorothy Louise Watson of Monticello GA joined her late husband, Paul Watson in heaven Monday, June 2, 2008.  She was a member of the Lawrenceville Church of God, and was very active in her church. Ms. Watson was focused on her family and friends and lived her life in accordance with Christian values. She was well loved, and will be missed by all who knew her.  She was preceded in death by her brother, Olin Gordon, and sisters, Lois Kitchens and Daisy Myers.  She is survived by her sons, Ron Watson and his wife Ginny of Macon, Michael Watson of Monticello; three grandchildren, Kevin Watson and his wife Robin Kirby, and Kelley Larsson and husband Jesper, all of Atlanta, Melissa and John Gusell of Monticello; great granddaughter, Audrey Watson; brother, Haley Gordon; and sister, Betty Wilson; and many nieces and nephews.  Funeral services will be held at 11:30 A.M. Friday, June 6th in the chapel of A. S. Turner & Sons.  Interment will be at Melwood Cemetery.  The family will receive friends from 10:00 to 11:30 A.M. Friday at A. S. Turner & Sons.
