Eddie George

Edward Lee (Eddie) George, Jr., age 49, passed away unexpectedly at his home Monday, July 15, 2013. He was preceded in death by his mother, Norma Jean George. He is survived by his father, Edward Lee George, Sr.; sister, Shirley Jean Rusk and her husband, Mark Rusk; nieces, Jennifer Marie Rusk and Kathryn Lianne Rusk. He was a member of North Clarendon Baptist Church. Eddie worked at Advantage Fire Sprinkler Company for more than 20 years. The funeral service will be held at 2:00 PM Wednesday, July 17, 2013, in the chapel of A. S. Turner and Sons with Rev. Tim Owens and Rev. Clay Manley officiating. Interment will be in Melwood Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 PM Tuesday and from 12:00 PM until the service time at A. S. Turner and Sons Funeral Home and Crematory.
