Edith Sikes

Edith Robbins Sikes, 86, formerly of Atlanta, passed away June 13, 2005 at her home in Scottsdale, Arizona. She is survived by daughter, Gail Sikes of Scottsdale, and sister, Alice Downing of Fayetteville, NC. She was preceded by her husband Ernest and son Roger. She was a Registered Nurse for over 40 years who truly loved her career, most of it being at the Veterans Affairs Medical Center in Decatur. Graveside services will be at Floral Hills Memory Gardens on Friday, June 17th at 1:00 pm, Rev. Larry Burgess officiating. The family will receive friends from 6 to 9 p.m. Thursday at A. S. Turner & Sons.
