Eduardo G. Perez, Sr.

Mr. Eduardo G. Perez, Sr. of Atlanta died Wednesday, September 26, 2007 in Birmingham, AL. He was born August 20, 1940 in Havana, Cuba. Mr. Perez is survived by his wife, Maria de la Piedad Perez; son and daughter-in-law, Eduardo G. Perez, Jr. and Shannon Perez; granddaughter, Sarah Grace Perez; sisters and brothers-in-law, Nancy Perez, Antonia Perez-Martin and Eugenio Martin, Gloria Angulo, Maria and Jose Delatorre; brother and sister-in-law, Manuel and Margarita Delgado; many nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews. It is hard to sum up the life of an extraordinary person in just a few words. Just know that heaven is getting one of the great ones. Funeral services will be held in the chapel of A. S. Turner & Sons at 12 Noon, Saturday, September 29th. Burial will follow in Floral Hills Memory Gardens. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Georgia Sheriff's Association. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday at A. S. Turner & Sons
