Elizabeth Grier Fenn

Elizabeth Grier Fenn, 93, of Atlanta passed away on Saturday December 29, 2012. She was born in Mud Creek, Georgia to the late Cincinnatus and Carrie Grier. Elizabeth is preceded in death by her husband Harry T. Fenn, son Donald R. Fenn, brother Oscar Grier and infant sister Modena Grier. She's survived by her son; Frank S. Fenn, of Atlanta; daughter and son-in-law Harriet and Robert Gilmer of Anderson; granddaughter, Elizabeth P. "Lizzy" Gilmer of Charleston, SC; grandson Frank J."Josh" Fenn of Richmond Hill, GA, and her sister and brother-in-law Mary and Billy Sowell of Crescent, GA and many nephews, nieces and cousins. A funeral service will be held on Thursday, January 3, 2013 at 2:00 PM in the chapel of A.S. Turner and Sons. Rev. Sara Webb Phillips will be officiating. Interment will follow at Arlington Memorial park. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to Hospice Atlanta, 1244 Park Vista Atlanta, GA 30319.The family will receive friends from 1:00- 2:00 PM on Thursday at A.S. Turner and Sons Funeral Home and Crematory.
