Eugene Cowan Gibson. 92 of Atlanta died Monday. April 9, 2012. Mr. Gibson was born on August 11, 1919 in Greenville, SC. He served in U.S. Army Air Corps and moved to the Atlanta area in the 1940's were he has been very active in the Druid Hills UMC and the Church Glee Club. Survivors include several nieces and nephews. Funeral Services will be held at 11:00AM on Friday, April 13, 2012 in the Druid Hills UMC the family will receive friends on Friday at the church from 10:00AM till 11:00AM.
