Evelyn Vandiver Phelps

Evelyn Vandiver Phelps passed away on January 16, 2017 at the age of 94. She was preceded in death by her loving husband, Warren E. Phelps. Evelyn was born and lived in Decatur, GA where she attended Decatur Girls High School. She is survived by cousins, nieces and nephews. In lieu of flowers donations are requested to be sent to the North Decatur United Methodist Church, 1523 Church Street, Decatur, GA 30030, or Alzheimer's Association www.alz.org/donate. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service, with the service starting at 1:00 pm on Thursday, January 19th in the chapel of A. S. Turner and Sons Funeral Home and Crematory, Decatur.
