Frank Windsor Taylor

Frank Windsor Taylor was born February 14, 1934 in Johnson City NY. He graduated from Ohio State University in 1959. He is predeceased by his parents, James and Ruth Taylor (New York) and two brothers, James Taylor (California) and Russell Taylor (Missouri) and a sister, Louise Hess (New York). He is survived by two sisters, Margaret Taylor and Joyce Hammond and husband, Robert Hammond; on brother, Howard Taylor and wife, Lorraine Taylor. He had a close friend, Douglas Newsome. Frank loved baseball. The family will receive friends Wednesday, December 18 from 12:00 - 1:00 at A. S. Turner and Sons Funeral Home, 2773 N. Decatur Rd, Decatur, GA with a memorial service to follow at 1:00 PM.
