Gladys Winfree

Gladys "Pat" Winfree, 90, of Stone Mountain, GA, passed away on June 12, 2007. She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert W. Winfree. She was a member of First Baptist Church, Decatur, for fifty-five years. Mrs. Winfree has left this world with a rich heritage of family. She leaves behind three daughters, Carole Edge, Karen Matthews, and Barbara Davidson; son-in-law, Ron Davidson; grandchildren, Tracy Fisher, Jim Fisher, Jeff and Jamie Fisher, Chad and Heather Matthews, Mark and Wendy Davidson, Eric and Kristen Davidson, and Mark and Christy Traylor; and the joy of her life, her 15 great-grandchildren: James, Rachel, Rebecca and Jonathan Fisher; Elizabeth & Drake Matthews; Luke, Will, Zach, Ryan, Hannah, and Maria Davidson; Caleb, Daniel & Betsie Traylor. Funeral services are scheduled for Saturday, June 16, at 11:00 a.m. in the chapel of A. S. Turner & Sons with her son-in-law officiating. The family will receive friends from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. Saturday at A. S. Turner & Sons
