Glynda Marlowe

Glynda Jean Marlowe, born September 11, 1942, passed away Tuesday morning, June 1, 2010 in the Sylvan Lake Falls area of Clayton, GA. She is survived by her mother, Kay Marlowe; sister, Kitty Thomas; brother-in-law, Charles Thomas; brother, Don Marlowe; sister-in-law, Pat Marlowe; niece, Kathy Ford and husband Alan Ford; nephew, Mike Thomas  and wife Sandi Thomas; great nephews, Glenn Ford, Jay and Cole Thomas; and great nieces, Claire and Melissa Thomas. Ms. Marlowe had retired from Georgia Pacific in 1998 and was a member of Clarkston Baptist Church. Funeral services will be held in the chapel of A. S. Turner & Sons at 11 a.m. Thursday, June 3rd. Burial will be in Melwood Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at A. S. Turner & Sons, Decatur, GA.
