Mr. Harry Lawson Richardson, of Decatur, GA died Thursday, July 8, 2010. He was a graduate of the University of Georgia and retired from General Motors Lakewood Plant after many years of service. Mr. Richardson was a member of Midway Presbyterian Church. He is survived by his son, Dale Richardson of Decatur; daughter, Celia Godfrey of Woodstock; sister, Emily Lee of Seattle WA; brothers, Hugh Richardson of Marietta, Horace Richardson of Canton; grandchildren, Kelsey Smith, Whitney Richardson, Blake Godfrey; great grandchildren, Alannah Smith, and Aiden Smith. Funeral services will be held Sunday, July 11, 2010 at 3:00 P.M. in the chapel of A. S. Turner & Sons with Rev. Joy Fisher officiating. Interment will follow at Arlington Memorial Park, Sandy Springs, GA. The family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 P. M. Saturday at A. S. Turner & Sons.
