Henry Harold Wilson

Henry Harold Wilson passed away peacefully in his home Tuesday February 1, 2022.  He was born in the Pea Ridge Community of Decatur, GA August 6, 1938 to the late Colie and Annie Wilson.  Henry was one of 14 children.  He is preceded in death by his beloved wife Cheryl Ann Wilson. He is survived by his daughter Tracy Wilson Harris of Loganville Georgia. His son Tim & Missy Brown of Newnan GA. He is also survived by five grandchildren, Patrick King & Hanna Marx, Timmy Brown, Nick Harris, Kayla Price, Ansleigh Harris, and two great-grandchildren Charlotte and Jack King. Henry has three surviving sisters Sarah Pumo, Jeannette Martin and Chee Chee Shulenberger. As well as many adored nieces and nephews.  Henry made a career out of framing and building homes. He had a natural talent for walking the tops of unfinished walls in his signature cowboy boots. He deeply loved his family and friends, everything Nascar and Bill Elliott (his all-time favorite driver.) His favorite times were spent playing sports in grade school, road trips to Daytona Beach for racing every February and July from childhood and attending Race pot Saturdays. Henry was a wonderful man who was loved by so many and will be deeply missed. Life Celebration Services will be Monday February 7th at A.S. Turner & Sons in Decatur GA. 12:30-1:30 Visitation . Chapel Service at 1:30. Graveside services immediately following at Floral Hills Memorial Gardens, Tucker GA.
