James Timothy Holcombe, 51, of Buford, passed away on February 20, 2018 at the Macon, GA. He was born on February 27, 1966 to James and Donna (Mize) Rayburn at Tucker, GA. James worked as a Supervisor for DeKalb County Watershed Mgmt. James lived in Buford, GA. James is survived by his father and step-mother, James H. and Mary Holcombe, mother, Donna Rayburn, two sons, Timothy J Holcombe, Jeremy G Holcombe; two brothers, Joseph R Holcombe, James L Rayburn. Visitation will be held Saturday, February 24, 2018, 3:00 pm - 7:00 pm at A.S. Turner & Sons, Decatur, GA. Funeral services will be held on Sunday, February 25, 2018, 2:00 pm at the A. S. Turner & Sons Chapel, Decatur, GA, with Rev. Tom Foskey officiating. Burial will take place in the Melwood Cemetery. A.S.Turner is in charge of the arrangements.
