John Allen Hicks

Mr. John A. Hicks, Jr. died Wednesday, October 31, 2012. He was a veteran of the US Army. He is survived by his son, Steve Hicks; sisters, Nettie Hicks, Betty Harris and Gail Bridges. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM, Friday, November 2, 2012 at the chapel of A. S. Turner and Sons. Interment will be in Crest Lawn Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 5 to 8 PM Thursday evening at the funeral home, In lieu of Flowers contributions may be made to the Morningside Baptist Church, 1700 Piedmont Avenue Northeast Atlanta, GA 30324 A. S. Turner and Sons Funeral Home and Crematory.
