John Carson, 77, of Decatur, Georgia, passed away on Tuesday, July 27, 2010. Public funeral will occur Saturday, July 31 at 12 pm noon at A.S. Turner & Sons, Decatur, Georgia.   Burial is private.  Flowers accepted or contributions may be made to the Atlanta Country Music Hall of Fame, 249 Powell St., S.E., Atlanta, GA  30316.
