Jorge Luis Carrillo

June 21, 1963 — June 18, 2010

Jorge Luis Carrillo Godoy, 46, of Atlanta died on June 18, 2010 at Hospice Atlanta after a valiant battle with colon cancer. He was a native of Concepcion, Chile. He is survived by his wife, Elizabeth (Beth) Schwantz Carrillo of Atlanta. Jorge was predeceased by his mother, Gladys Godoy Henriquez. He is also survived by his father, Jorge Felidor Carrillo Pereira, Talcahuano; 2 sons Luis Carrillo Godoy, Talcahuano and Sebastian Carrillo Plaza, Chiguayante; stepson Chris Manza, Atlanta; 3 brothers Carlos Carrillo Godoy, Haulpen, Vincente Carrillo Godoy, Lautaro, Edmundo Carrillo Godoy, Haulpen and a sister Jorgina Carrillo, Puerto Montt. He leaves 2 grandchildren, Christian and Bellen and 8 nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held on Monday, June 21, 2010 at 2 PM in the chapel of A. S. Turner & Sons, Decatur. Interment Floral Hills Memory Gardens. The family will receive friends from 4 to 7 PM Sunday at A. S. Turner & Sons.
