Josefina "Fefa" Gomez, 89, died of natural causes on Wednesday July 23rd 2014. She was born in Havana, Cuba and moved to Atlanta in 1970. She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Rosalia and John Thomas; grandson, Christopher Thomas; sister and brother-in-law, Hilda and Jesus Diaz and a large and loving family. The family will receive friends at 12:00 noon with her services at 1:00 pm Monday, July 28th in the chapel of A. S. Turner and Sons, Decatur, GA.
