Joseph Alfred Dube

GYSGT Joseph A. Dube USMC RET, 92, of Winder, Georgia, passed away on Sunday, January 5, 2020 at his residence.
Joe was born in Chisolm, Maine on January 2, 1928, a son of the late Alfred and Lillian (Piper) Dube. He was retired from the United States Marine Corp having served for 22 years. He later retired from United States Postal Service as a Carrier and he was a member of the Atlanta North Lake Elks Lodge #78.
Surviving members of his family include a brother-in-law, Donald (Dee) Wade; sister-in-law, Elsie Brinson; loving family, friends, and caretakers, Patricia and Bobby Padrick; and numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.
He was predeceased by his wife of 50 years, Lois Dube
Visitation will be held on Thursday, January 9, 2020 from 6:00 to 8:00 pm at A. S. Turner & Son’s Funeral Home, 2773 N. Decatur Road, Decatur, Georgia. A funeral service will be held on Friday, January 10, 2020 in the Chapel of the Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Floral Hills Memory Gardens, Tucker, Georgia..
