Joshua Calvin Rowell

Mr. Joshua Calvin Rowell, 84, of Stone Mountain, passed away on Thursday May 10, 2012. He was born in Boaz, AL to Franklin and Leila Rowell. He went on to serve in the U.S. Army and Air Force during World War II. Joshua went on to retire from U.S. Gypsum Manufacturing Co. as a manager. He's predeceased by his loving wife Alma Mosley. Survivors include his sons, Jerry Mosley, John Rowell, Dennis Rowell, daughter, Debra Rowell; sister, Dorothy Weatherby; several grandchildren; and great grandchildren. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, May 12, 2012 at 12:00 PM in the chapel of A.S. Turner and Sons. Interment will follow at Floral Hills Memory Gardens. The family will receive friends two hours prior to the service on Saturday at A.S. Turner and Sons Funeral Home and Crematory
