udge Richard Bell of Decatur died Monday, November 28, 2005. He is survived by his wife, Naomi Bell, Decatur, GA; son, Richard W. Bell and his wife Debbie, Decatur GA; daughters, Carol Ann Chapman and her husband, Fred, Lilburn, GA, Jane Ollis and her husband, Bruce, Columbus, NC, Jean Bush and her husband, Taylor, Ponte Vedra, FL; sister, Margaret Bell Bloodworth, Decatur, GA; and twelve grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at 2 P. M. Thursday at Decatur Presbyterian Church. Dr. Jasper Keith will officiate. Interment with Military Honors in Decatur Cemetery. Those desiring may send donationations to the Memorial fund ofDecatur Presbyterian Church, 205 Sycamore St., Decatur, GA 30030. The family will receive friends from 4 to 6 P. M. Wednesday at A. S. Turner & Sons.
