Juliette H. Bryant

Mrs. Juliette H. Bryant, 92, of Decatur, died on Sunday, August 19, 2012. A native of Walton County, she was predeceased by her husband of 50 years, Mr. Loy Y. Bryant, a native of Atlanta. He was one of the founders of Southern Tech. She was a member of the First Christian Church of Decatur. Since the death of her husband in 1992, she was an active resident of Clairmont Place in Decatur until 2009. She is survived by her sister-in-law, Marie Hearn, nieces and nephews, Barbara and Bill Johnson, Marilyn and David Miller, Sylvia and Larry Grogan, Joan and Eric Barnes, Jim and Jean Hearn, Steve and Ginger Hearn, Nancy Griffin, Judi Hearn as well as many great nieces and nephews, many extended family and friends. The funeral will be held at the chapel of A.S. Turner and Sons in Decatur on Wednesday, August 22, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. with internment at Arlington Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, those wishing may send memorial gifts in her memory to Rainbow Omega, Inc. (Serving Senior Adults with Developmental Disabilities), P.O.Box 740, Eastaboga, AL 36260-0740. . The family will receive friends one hour before the funeral at A. S. Turner & Sons Funeral Home and Crematory.
