Leta W. Timmerman

Mrs. Leta Timmerman of Atlanta died Tuesday, October 12, 2010. She was the wife of the late Harry A. “Tim” Timmerman who preceded her in death in 2006. She died from complications of Alzheimer’s and pneumonia. She was a member of College Park Presbyterian Church. She is survived by her children, Brenda Toole-Shirley and her husband Phil of Marietta, GA, Steven A. Timmerman of Lakeland, FL, Alice T. Settles of Woodstock, GA, Michael Timmerman and his wife Susan of Dallas, TX, and Barry L. Timmerman and his wife Gayle of Augusta, GA; five grandchildren; and several great grandchildren. The funeral service will be held Thursday, October 14, 2010 at 1:00 p.m. in the chapel of A.S. Turner and Sons. Interment will follow in Westview Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Thursday from 11 a.m. until the service hour at A. S. Turner and Sons.
