Lillie Griswell Brown

Mrs. Lillie Ruth Griswell Brown of Blairsville, formerly of Decatur, died Tuesday, July 29, 2008.  She was preceded in death by her father, Elias Pinkney Griswell; mother, Trudie Viola Davidson Griswell; and son Philip “Phil” Ray Brown. She is survived by her husband, James Ray Brown; daughter, Dana Sharon Allen and husband Steve of Blairsville; grandson, Shannon Steven Allen of Blairsville; and granddaughter, Sandy Erin and husband, Bradley Wilson, Taylorsville. Funeral services will be held in the chapel of A. S. Turner & Sons at 3 p.m. Friday, August 1^st. Burial will follow in Floral Hills Memory Gardens. The family will receive friends from 5 to 7 p.m. Thursday at A. S. Turner & Sons.
