Linda Royals Blanchard, 67, of Atlanta, died November 30. A native of Atlanta, Mrs. Blanchard was the daughter of the late Ernest Ezra and Lillian Irene Rhodes Royals. Sh was retired from the Dekalb County School System. Survivors include her husband, Tom Blanchard; son, Reynold Blanchard; daughter, Amie Blanchard; grandson, Hayden Blanchard; a granddaughter; and several nieces and nephews. Arrangements are incomplete and will be announced. A. S. Turner and Sons Funeral Home, Decatur.
