Ludie Parker Rutland

Ludie Parker Rutland, 91, of Decatur died Thursday, August 27, 2009.  She was a member of North Decatur Road United Methodist Church.  Surviving are her husband of 62 years, Henry Thomas Rutland, Jr.; sons, Henry Thomas Rutland III, of Snellville, James Parker Rutland of Monroe, Blake Rutland of Lilburn; daughters, Mary Yarter of Snellville, Charlene Davis of Monroe; 15 grandchildren; many great-grandchildren and great-great grandchildren; sisters, Lola Parker, Helen Nickison, Florence Low; and nieces and nephews.  Funeral services will be held Sunday, August 30th at 2:00PM at A. S. Turner & Sons with Reverend Lee Fullerton officiating.  Interment Melwood Cemetery.  Friends are invited to visit with the family Saturday evening from 5:00 until 7:00PM at A. S.
