Marcia Fishman

Marcia Fishman of Atlanta died Thursday, October 29, 2009 after a lengthy battle with lung cancer. Ms. Fishman worked as an attorney for the Atlanta Public Schools and was a life long advocate for peace and justice. She is survived by her son, Paul Katzman of Atlanta; parents, Al and Marge Fishman of Detroit, MI; and brother, Dan Fishman of Denver, CO. A memorial service will be held at the Unitarian Universalist Congregation of Atlanta at 3 p.m., Sunday, November 1st, Rev. Marti Keller officiating. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Cancer Survivors Fund at DeKalb Medical Center, 2701 N.
