Marion Padgett

Mrs. Marion Riddle Padgett, 80, of Decatur, passed away on Friday October 25, 2013. Mrs. Padgett was strong in her faith and her devotion to family. She will be missed dearly. Mrs. Padgett was preceded in death by her husband, Pat; son, Russell; daughter, Melinda; grandsons, Christofer and Jarrett. She is survived by son, Mike Padgett of Hamburg AR; son and daughter-in-law, Billy and Michelle Padgett of Braselton; daughter and son-in-law, Melissa and Glenn Jefferson of Lithonia; son and son-in-law, Lee and Allen Padgett of Destin FL; grandchildren, Kayla Padgett, Noah, Fallon and Jessie Padgett, Lindsay Hulsey, Nikki, Jalen, Bryce and Blake Jefferson; numerous beloved nieces and nephews. The funeral service will be held 12:30 pm, Tuesday, October 29, in the chapel of A. S. Turner and Sons. Rev. Mike Roper will officiate and burial will follow at Westview in Atlanta. The family will receive friends 10 am to 8 pm Sunday and 6 pm to 8 pm Monday at A. S. Turner and Sons.
