Martha Eggli Smith

Mrs. Martha Eggli Smith, age 87, of Lilburn died Friday, September 14, 2007.  She was preceded in death by her husband of 49 years, Rev. Cecil A. Smith, who pastored several churches in the Metropolitan Atlanta area. She is survived by her sons and daughters-in-law, Cecil and Maria Smith, Paul and Judy Smith; daughters, Melissa Gardner, Stephanie Johns and husband Mike; eight grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.  Funeral services will be held at 3:00 P.M. Sunday, September 16th in the chapel of A. S. Turner & Sons.  Interment will follow at Lilburn Memorial Gardens.  Rev. John Baker will officiate.  The family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 P.M. Saturday and one hour prior to the service on Sunday at A. S. Turner & Sons.
