Mary Lee Ford
August 30, 1931 — January 26, 2017
Mary Maddox Ford, 85, of Decatur, beloved wife and mother, passed away on January 26, 2017. Born August 30, 1931, in Scottdale, GA, she was the daughter of the late Elon Knight and Dolly Mae Walker Maddox.
Mary is survived by her two sons, Tony and Terry Ford; two daughters, Cathy Brown, Joy and John; grandchildren, Terri, Drew and his wife, Espy, Trey, Shea, and Lindsey; numerous great grandchildren; and many more loving family and friends.
In addition to her parents, Mary was preceded in death by her husband, Murphy Ford; and grandson, LTC Richard William Maltbie, Jr.
A graveside service will be held at 10:00 a.m. Monday, January 30, at Bethel Community Cemetery, Stone Mountain, GA.
