POLLEY, Penny Jo
Penny Jo Polley, age 62 of Atlanta, passed away on Monday, November 19, 2012. Penny's relationship with Jesus Christ defined her life and it touched everyone who knew her. She was a passionate caregiver whose inspirational love of family and her committed care of the sick were the main focuses in her life. Penny was an angel in life and now has become one. She is survived by her husband, Michael D. Polley; daughters, Michelle Mowery, Kimberly Nielsen and Lori Gabrielsen; son, John Caldwell; grandchildren, Matthew, Lauren, Kassidy, Tyler, Kyndahl, Katie, Luke, Madilyn, William and 1 more on the way; brother, John Lodge; and sister, Judy Schmeltzer. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM on Saturday, November 24th at Mountain West Church of God in Stone Mountain. Penny and her family request that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to the Atlanta Cancer Care Foundation. The family will receive friends Friday evening from 5 to 8 PM at A. S. Turner and Sons Funeral Home and Crematory.
