Rachel Carolyn Mercer

Mrs. Rachel F. Mercer, 80, of Stone Mountain died Sunday, December 28, 2014. She is survived by her children, Lynn Mercer of Knoxville, TN, Chuck Mercer of Stone Mountain, and Val Moore (Scott) of Buford; grandchildren, Chuck Mercer (Ebony Huff) of Stone Mountain, Leah Moore of Savannah, and Will Moore of Buford; great grandson, Vayden Mercer of Stone Mountain. Her husband, Charles Mercer and a daughter, Carol Mercer, preceded her in passing. A visitation is scheduled for 6 PM on Tuesday, December 30 at A.S. Turner & Sons Funeral Home in Decatur.
